DS 3 2016-2026 Owners Manual

The front and rear lamps light up automatically when the engine starts.

They provide the following functions:

Daytime running lamps (lighting control stalk in the "AUTO" position with adequate light level).
Sidelamps (lighting control stalk in the "AUTO" position with low light levels or "Sidelamps only” or "Dipped/main beam headlamps").

The LEDs are brighter when operating as daytime running lamps.

Rear foglamp

It only works if the dipped or main beam headlamps are on. Rotate the ring forwards/backwards to turn it on/off. When the lighting is switched off automatically ("AUTO" position) the foglamp and the sidelamps remain on...

Direction indicators

Left or right: lower or raise the lighting control stalk, beyond the point of resistance. If you keep the direction indicators on for more than 20 seconds, the volume of the audible signal will increase if the speed is above 50 mph (80 km/h)...

Standard view The area behind the vehicle is displayed on the screen. The blue lines 1 represent the width of your vehicle, with the mirrors unfolded; their direction changes according to the position of the steering wheel. The red line 2 represents a distance of 30 cm from the rear bumper; the two blue lines 3 and 4 represent 1 m and 2 m, respectively...
